The ski area is remembered as possibly the first ski area in Colorado! In the late 80’s it became the first resort to allow snowboarders too. Sadly in 2003 the ski area was closed and all lifts and buildings were destroyed, this is a great piece of Colorado Skiing and Snowboarding history and needs a good home!
